Terms and Conditions

Effective from 18 February 2026

Purpose

These general terms and conditions (GTC) govern the services offered by uxcode to its professional clients. uxcode provides consulting, design, web development, infrastructure, maintenance and artificial intelligence services.

Acceptance

Any order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these GTC. They take precedence over any other document from the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Quote and order

All services are the subject of a detailed quote, valid for 30 days from its date of issue. The order is confirmed upon receipt of the signed quote accompanied by payment of the deposit.

Pricing and payment

Prices are expressed in euros excluding tax (HT). The applicable VAT is added at the current rate.

A deposit of 30% to 50% is required upon order depending on the nature of the service. The balance is payable upon receipt of the final invoice, by bank transfer.

Any late payment results in the application of penalties equal to 3 times the legal interest rate, as well as a flat-rate recovery fee of €40 (excl. tax).

Deadlines

The deadlines communicated in quotes are indicative. uxcode commits to informing the client without delay of any event likely to impact the schedule.

Liability

uxcode commits to carrying out its services with care and competence. Its liability is limited to the amount of the service concerned. uxcode cannot be held liable for indirect or immaterial damages resulting from the use of the deliverables.

Termination

In the event of termination at the client's initiative, amounts corresponding to work already completed remain due. The deposit paid is retained by uxcode .

In the event of a serious breach by uxcode of its obligations, the client may terminate the order after formal notice that has remained without effect for 15 days.

Confidentiality

uxcode commits to treating with confidentiality all information communicated in the course of its engagements.

Applicable law and disputes

These GTC are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing agreement, the competent courts in the jurisdiction of uxcode 's registered office will be seized.
